Hacker Reporting Format Empty Hacker Reporting Format

If you are going to report a hacker, you must:
1. State the IGN
2. What hacks they were using [Fly hack, damage hack, god mode]
3. What time was this at
4. Screen Shot
If you want to help the server by getting a hacker banned you must have all of these requirements.
